Saved: A Legacy of Aarl Short

Available as an eBook on Amazon.

Human clones, needed by the Loprati military to control their HT - vast organic space ships. Grown in abundance, as their ability doesn't appear to be wholly dependant on their DNA, but granted their freedom if Yannoi doesn't find them up to scratch. At least that's what they told him.

More of Yannoi's story will be revealed in 'Legacy of Aarl', yet to be released (working title). Other characters can be followed in other Legacy of Aarl short sories to be released soon (never released - or even completed).

Driven Underground: or George (and George, Nobby, George, George, Georgina, George, George) and the Dragon

Available in eBook and paperback on Amazon. I reccommend the paperback version.

Just like so many children, George Spears was sent away to ride out World War B, but unfortunately, his parents didn't make it.

Eight years after the end of hostilities, George still found himself living with his aunty in the Hisbride Islands, but now (since he was no fisherman) he had become the postmaster of their little fishing village. Unfortunately, fishing had become scarce, and so had customers to his aunties shop, and postmastering didn't pay much either (because there wasn't much of it to do). Times had become tough. So, rather than be a burden to his aunty, George left for the mainland to make his fortune. He had a plan: He would buy things to sell to the Army.

What George never expected to find was that the Army were messing with the very growth formula that had prevented starvation during the War. And (inevitably) that went badly wrong. In order to fix things they decided (in the way that the Army always does) that there was only one way to clean up their mess... George managed to get himself roped into helping to save the animals and thrust into a trek across the country that he'd never forget.

But what was that about a dragon?

Two Towers: or Blackbeard, Redbeard, Bluebeard and No Beard

Available in eBook and paperback on Amazon. I highly reccommend the paperback version - the presentation is much better.

Almost a century has passed since mankind was Driven Underground because of the Orange. George Spears (the Dragon Slayer himself) is long dead, but he had a son (George II) and he had a son too.

Sometime in his twenties, George III disappeared. Two years later, Dulcimerandina Lifter (known simply as D) went missing at the age of two. Many other children have since been kidnabbed. Their return a few months later, initially a blessing, turned out not to be so. D was not one of those returned.

At the age of fourteen, D was found stealing food beneath the old Bewetten by an aging Lily Cerice. From there D is accidentally whisked away with a small furry creature known as a cog on a floating pirate adventure (with guns and cutlasses!)

Meanwhile the militaries of the two Super Scary Powers, the Common and the URSS, spotted an object in orbit. Neither have yet been into orbit, having much too much to worry about down on Girth. They both wanted a piece of that pie.

Which Super Scary Power will get to the object in orbit first? Will D ever find her family again?

And don't forget the pirates!
